Para provar a honestidade e boas intencoes da Australia em ajudar Timor-Leste gostaria que:
1) Antes da destruicao o exercito Australiano mostrasse as armas com MARCA, MODELO, NUMERO DE FABRICO;
2) A quem as apreenderam e quando as apreenderam;
3) Mostrar ao mundo e chamar a imprensa como testemunhas.
For Australia prove his honestity e good intentions about help Timor, I'd like :
1) Before destruction the Australian Army shows the weapons wich branch and model, the serial number;
2) Who was the personnes e when they sized it.
3) showing it to the world, call wall press like witness

The Australian Defence Forces are not destroying any weapons. There is a complete invetory which will be handed over to the government via the Ministry of Defence, Timor-Leste showing all of these and location of acquisition.
The weapons acquired will be presumed to be the property of the State of Timor-Leste and cannot and will not therefor be destroyed unless agreed to by the appropriate Timor-Leste state authority. This is an exercise in close coordination with the Government.
This practice is being applied to ammunition as well (other than that deemed to be too dangerous to be removed which will be destroyed in situ, or other dangerous condition munitions). This too is done in coordination and with agreement of relevant Timor-Leste auhtorities.
