These are SMS messages between the Minister of Justice Timor-Leste and friends / associates suggesting improper activities with regards to government tenders pertaining to Ministry of Justice areas such as prison guard uniforms and prison construction. The Minister is now attacking, Tempo Semanal, the newspaper that broke the story on 13 October 2008. It is urgent it be published asap so as to limit the damage to Timor's only real free press.
