The President has done everything in his power to illegally bypass the separation of powers principle. He is doing much more harm to the rule of law than anybody else in East Timor. The sooner he leaves politics the better.
I respect him and honour him for the years that he put into the struggle and that respect extends to all people who fought in the resistance. However, the President has no idea how to use his powers constitutionally or to entrench respect for the rule of law in the East Timor.

ResponderEliminarIn regards to Alfredo there is video footage of him firing the first shots that initiated the attacks on DILI (see Dateline www.sbs.com.au). I think its time Xanana sent a letter for the arrest of Alfredo with a video tape included. On his letter to Alfredo he should write.

Here is documentary evidence that clearly shows you fired the first shots that initiated violence in Dili. You did not use negotiations as a tool to achieve justice. Please allow yourself to be arrested, if not I will RESIGN as PRESIDENT.
